Splendid Luxe is a curated store based in Lagos, Nigeria. We source pieces from trusted suppliers and bring them to our customers across the country.

Prices are shown in naira (NGN) and include any taxes that apply. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product photos are representative of the item; small variations in colour or finish can occur.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline, for example if an item becomes unavailable. Payment is required before we begin processing an order, and all payments are made through Paystack.

Sourced-on-order pieces are shipped from our suppliers overseas. Shipping for these pieces is estimated and confirmed before dispatch, based on the item's weight and volume. Stocked pieces are already in Nigeria, so this shipping stage does not apply to them.

Stocked pieces deliver to Lagos within 48 hours and nationwide within 3 to 5 working days. Sourced-on-order pieces arrive in Nigeria in about 2 to 4 weeks, then deliver to you the same way. These are honest estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays can happen once an item is in transit.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. The only exceptions are genuine non-delivery or a fault with the item you received. If either happens, contact support before or after delivery and we will resolve it directly with you.

You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. Each account is tied to one email address.

Any dispute is handled through support in the first instance, and we aim to resolve genuine issues directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

We may update these terms from time to time as our operations change. Continuing to use the site or place orders after an update means you accept the revised terms.
